6. Payment and Pricing

Pricing for our services is as quoted in project proposals or displayed on our website. All prices are in United States Dollars unless otherwise specified. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall take place in Santa Clara County, California. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in these courts.
